Kelvin is a dedicated legal practitioner with a strong academic foundation and a proven track record in the legal field. He obtained his degree from Cardiff University in 2016, followed by the Certificate of Legal Practice in 2017, where Kelvin was awarded the Legal Profession Qualifying Board’s Award for Civil Procedure.

During his early career, Kelvin underwent pupillage with Messrs Skrine, a prominent law firm, where he received valuable guidance under the mentorship of Mr Kwan Will Sen. Kelvin was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018.

Kelvin's expertise and passion for the law were evident as he continued to contribute to the legal community through his association with Messrs Skrine. In 2020, he joined Messrs Lim Chee Wee Partnership when the firm was established. He was then promoted to the position of Senior Associate in July 2022.

In March 2023, Kelvin took on a new and exciting challenge by joining Messrs Pierre Chuah & Associates as one of the partners. With his diverse background and comprehensive legal knowledge, Kelvin continues to make a meaningful impact in the field of law.
